What This Is

AcePool is a personal, non-commercial bracket prediction app operated by Ace Ray (“I”, “me”). By using AcePool, you agree to these terms.

Not Gambling

AcePool is a free-to-play prediction game. No money is wagered, collected, or processed through this site. The “buy-in” field displayed in some pools is for informational and social purposes only — any arrangements between pool members regarding stakes are entirely between those individuals, outside of AcePool, and at their own discretion and risk. I am not involved in, responsible for, or liable for any such arrangements.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate email address when joining a pool.
  • You are responsible for keeping your 4-digit PIN confidential. Anyone with your token URL or PIN can access your picks.
  • You may join multiple pools using the same email address. Each pool is independent.

Your Picks

  • Picks can be edited until the pick deadline (Wednesday, 10 June 2026, 11:59 PM ET).
  • After the deadline, picks are locked and visible to other members of your pool.
  • Unpredicted or unsubmitted picks score zero. There is no disqualification for incomplete picks.
  • I enter match results manually. While I strive for accuracy, I accept no liability for errors or delays in result entry or score calculation.

Availability and Warranties

AcePool is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind. I make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, data preservation, or continued availability. This is a personal project, not a commercial service.

I reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or shut down AcePool at any time without notice
  • Delete pools, player accounts, or data at my discretion
  • Change these terms at any time (the updated date above will reflect changes)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of AcePool, including but not limited to: incorrect scores, lost picks, site downtime, data loss, or disputes between pool members.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access other players' picks before the deadline
  • Tamper with or reverse-engineer the site
  • Use automated tools to interact with AcePool
  • Abuse the platform in any way that disrupts the experience for others

I may remove any user who violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
